ABOUT:
The Niagara River Lions FREE Community Coaches Program aims to give back to coaches of all skill levels across the Niagara Region and beyond.
The River Lions pride themselves on being leaders on and off the court, and connecting with the community has always been an important part of the River Lions philosophy.
Coaches are an essential piece to any team, and play a huge impact on the development of athletes of all ages. By signing up for this program, coaches will gain access to valuable resources that they can use to improve or build their coaching techniques which will also be to the advantage of their players.
"I feel a responsibility to share what I've learned from the great coaches I've had the opportunity to know in my life with local coaches. I want to learn from others and grow the game, and I feel that it's important to use the platform we have to do the same. The Community Coaches Program was created to do just that!
