Thorold, ON – The Niagara River Lions are excited to formally announce the renewal of their partnership with Karma Kameleon Gastropub for the upcoming 2016-17 National Basketball League of Canada (NBLC) Season.
Karma Kameleon, formerly known as Panini Café hosts a vibrant atmosphere as well as a great selection of high quality food and beverages, which in turn have made the gastropub into one of the highlight dining locations within the Thorold community for both locals and tourists.
As a neighbour to the River Lions Front Office, players and staff are frequent visitors of the restaurant. Corporate Partnerships & Sales Manager, Josh Knoester said, “It is great to further establish a partnership with an entrepreneurial restaurant in Karma Kameleon Gastropub. Shannon and Will have been supporters of our franchise since our inception and it is a pleasure to keep the partnership going.”
Having worked in some of the most highly regarded kitchens throughout the world, William Brunyansky Chef and Owner stated, “We had an excellent time showing our support for the team from our seats, and we are proud to partner again this year with the Niagara River Lions for year two.”
Owner and Sous Chef, Shannon Lindsay added, “We are looking forward to another great year by building off the success of the inaugural season. The momentum made from the exhibition game played against the Raptors 905 was an excellent start, and should set the tone for the rest of the upcoming season.”
The River Lions are busy preparing for the start of their official training camp on December 1st followed by the Home Opener on December 27th. Single game tickets are set to go on sale November 30th.
