INSTRUCTIONS FOR SETTING UP YOUR NIAGARA RIVER LIONS ACCOUNT MANAGER
Niagara River Lions Account Manager First Time Setup
To set up your account, please go to:https://am.ticketmaster.com/riverlions/
Once at the portal, please follow these steps:
- Click
Sign In/Sign Up
in the top right hand corner
- Click on
Forgot Password?
A
Forgot Password window will open
- Enter the email address associated to your account n the
Email Address field (Current email you are on)
- Click on the
Email Password button
You will receive an email where you will be directed to click a button to
reset your password. Click on the link in the email to bring you back to the login page.
From here:
- Enter a new password & retype it
- Click the
Continue
button
- A
Change Password screen will open to confirm that your password was changed.
You have successfully updated your River Lions account! You are now all ready to go, you can review your account, and access your tickets.
Accessing Your Niagara River Lions Account Manager
To access your account, please go to:https://am.ticketmaster.com/riverlions/
- Click
Sign In/Sign Up
in the top right hand corner
- Login with your email associated your River Lions tickets
- To access your tickets please select the my events tab, from there you can access your tickets or add tickets to your apple wallet
To Request SMS & Printed Tickets
- Call our head office at 289-273-5905 and provide your First & last name to one of our sales representatives to request printed tickets or send tickets via SMS
- Tickets will be available for pickup at our head office located at 10 Albert Street East, Thorold ON, Unit 102
- Tickets can also be picked up at the Will call section at the box office at the Meridian Centre on the gameday
