Bio
Emmanuel joins the River Lions for a second season as the USports Development Player. Owootoah began his college career at NCAA Division 1, Fresno State before transferring to Carleton University where he won a national championship in 2017. Owootoah then made the move to Brock University for the 2019-2020 season where he was unable to play due to a broken foot.
Owootoah made his professional debut with the River Lions during the 2020 CEBL Summer Series.
