On August 28, 2018, Bell-Haynes signed with the Skyliners Frankfurt of the German Bundesliga Basketball League. In 27 games in Frankfurt, Bell-Haynes averaged 7.3 PPG, 2.4 RPG and 2.9 APG while shooting 47% from the field and 31% from three in just under 18 minutes per game.
On March 8, 2019, Bell-Haynes signed with the Wisconsin Herd on the NBA G-League, finishing the year in the G-League. In eight games with the Herd, he averaged 5.9 PPG, 1.6 RPG and 3 APG while shooting 57% from the field and 25% from behind the arc in 19 minutes per game.
Bell-Haynes spent all four years of college basketball with the University of Vermont Catamounts, who play at the NCAA Division 1 Level.
Over his four years in Vermont, Bell-Haynes averaged 11.7 PPG, 3.1 RPG and 3.7 APG on an impressive 49% shooting from the field and 39% from behind the three-point line.
After finishing his time at Vermont in 2018, Bell-Haynes finished eighth all-time in total points scored in Catamount history.
Bell-Haynes was named to the American East All-Rookie Team in 2015, and a Third-team All-American East in 2016.
His last two years at Vermont in 2017 and 2018 saw the most recognized success, being named a two-time First-team All-American East, a two-time America East Player of the Year, and a two-time Honorable Mention All-American.
